The Victim Witness Advocate works with the County Attorney and local Law Enforcement to protect Victims’ Rights. They assist with emergency legal services, personal advocacy, and completing domestic issue forms. The Victim Witness Advocate also assists with Law Enforcement accompaniment, court accompaniment, and forensic interview accompaniment.
